Something disappeared and I want it back

It cannot come back. This is not a limitation to work around, it is the whole app: when an item dies, the key that decrypts it is destroyed, and the bytes that are left are unreadable to everyone, us included. There is no backup, no server copy and no recovery mode.

If the item is still in the offer window, the mascot will ask whether you want one last look. That is the only reprieve there is, and it is a single viewing rather than a restore.

Things vanish faster than I expected

Open Settings and check the lifespan. New items take whatever is selected there, and existing items keep whatever they were given when they were created, so changing the setting never moves something that already exists.

If it is set to leave it to fate, each item is given a hidden lifespan between six hours and thirty days, and no countdown is ever shown. That is the intended experience of that mode.

My photo was deleted from my library

“Remove from Photos” is on by default: when you add a photo or a video, the original is deleted from your library so the copy in Entropy is genuinely the only one. iOS asks you to confirm each deletion, and the asset stays in Recently Deleted for thirty days, so it can be restored from the Photos app within that window.

Turn the setting off in Entropy's Settings if you would rather keep your originals.

The ad will not load

The one-time last look needs a network, and it is the only part of the app that does. If the mascot says it needs a connection, nothing has been spent: the offer stays open and you can try again while the window lasts.

Anything else

Email entropy@rexgm.com. Including your iPhone model and iOS version makes a bug much faster to find.

Bir şey kayboldu, geri istiyorum

Öğe hâlâ teklif penceresindeyse maskot son bir kez görmek isteyip istemediğini sorar. Tek af budur ve bir geri yükleme değil, tek seferlik bir gösterimdir.

Her şey beklediğimden hızlı gidiyor

Ayarlar'ı açıp ömre bak. Yeni öğeler orada seçili olanı alır; mevcut öğeler ise oluşturulduklarında verilen ömrü korur, yani ayarı değiştirmek var olan hiçbir şeyi oynatmaz.

Kadere bırak seçiliyse her öğeye altı saat ile otuz gün arasında gizli bir ömür verilir ve hiçbir zaman geri sayım gösterilmez. O modun amacı da budur.

Fotoğrafım galeriden silindi

“Galeriden kaldır” varsayılan olarak açıktır: bir fotoğraf ya da video eklediğinde aslı galerinden silinir, böylece Entropy'deki kopya gerçekten tek kopya olur. iOS her silme için onay ister ve öğe otuz gün “Son Silinenler”de kalır, yani o süre içinde Fotoğraflar uygulamasından geri alınabilir.

Reklam yüklenmiyor

Tek seferlik son bakış internete ihtiyaç duyar ve uygulamanın internet isteyen tek yeri orasıdır. Maskot bağlantı gerektiğini söylüyorsa hiçbir şey harcanmamıştır: teklif açık kalır ve pencere sürdüğü sürece tekrar deneyebilirsin.
